Several Ski Areas Open For Season
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – As the temperatures drop and snow moves in, several ski areas are opening for the season this weekend in Minnesota.
On Friday, Welch Village, Giants Ridge in Biwabik and Mount Kato in Mankato are opening.
On Saturday, Spirit Mountain in Duluth, the Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, and the Buena Vista Ski Area in Bemidji will open.
Then on Sunday, the Coffee Mill Ski and Snowboard Resort in Wabasha will open for the season.
