Man Shot In The Face, Arm At St. Paul Gas Station
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- St. Paul police say a man was shot in the chin and the arm Wednesday night at a gas station on the city's east side.
It happened at the Speedway on the corner of Maryland Avenue East and Arkwright Street North in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood.
The victim is expected to survive. No one is in custody, and police are still investigating.
