Hennepin County Judges Perform Weddings For Free
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Love was in the air Friday at the Hennepin County Government Center.
Fourteen judges from the Fourth Judicial District performed weddings there at noon -- for free.
The judges said they wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day in a unique way, and to help couples remember their anniversaries in the future.
Some military members and first responders were among those saying, "I do."
There was even a little live music to entertain the newlyweds and their guests.
