Five officers were fired and charged within 20 days of Tyre Nichols' death, following an internal investigation.
The ruling comes following a challenge by the Minnesota Auto Dealers' Association. That organization argued that the standards would "violate article I of the Minnesota Constitution."
"I might have used words at the time that I didn't understand were trafficking in antisemitism. When that was brought to my attention, I apologized, I owned up to it. That's the kind of person that I am," Rep. Omar said.
