Wednesday marks six years since the Parkland massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School but for many of the families, it seems like it was just yesterday.
The comments came two days after the House Criminal Justice Subcommittee approved a bill that would reverse an age requirement included in a school safety law that passed after the 2018 massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
Its future remains in doubt as the proposal has not been filed in the Senate.
