Ald. Walter Burnett (27th), who represents the area around the United Center, says the neighborhood has adapted well to the Democratic National Convention coming to their community. Burnett and former Mayor Lori Lightfoot, a CBS News Chicago political analyst, also weighed in on what they’ve seen at the DNC halfway through.
"Those police officers responded perfectly, and we've got body cam footage to prove it," Chicago Police Supt. Larry Snelling said of the response to the breach.
