After the plane landed, deputies, American Medical Technologists personnel, and Air National Guard Fire personnel immediately received and began performing life-saving measures on the girl.
The man, 24, was walking with a woman, 28, on the sidewalk when they were approached by an armed man who demanded their belongings, police said.
According to Chicago police, the victims, three men, ages 30, 37, and 44, and a woman, 33, were standing on the sidewalk when someone inside a red sedan fired shots.
Police said the driver was taken to a local hospital with injuries from the crash.
