A cold front is moving across the area Sunday morning, bringing a cool and gusty northerly wind.
The fog will begin to lift once the sun rises and mixing occurs in the atmosphere.
The fog will lift by Saturday afternoon with daytime heating.
Until 10 a.m., a dense fog advisory is in effect for parts of North Texas, including Tarrant and Dallas counties. Northern counties, including Denton and Collin, aren't part of the advisory.
Parts of North Texas are under a dense fog advisory until 9 a.m. Thursday.
There is a dense fog advisory until 10 a.m. Tuesday. and a flood watch until 6 p.m. Tuesday
