DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A Dallas County grand jury has indicted four family members of a Dallas teenager who says she was savagely beaten to end a pregancy.

Lonnell McDonald, Cecila McDonald, Sharon Jones and Cedric Jones are all charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.

The victim told authorities that she became pregnant in 2012, at only 13 years old, after being sexually assaulted by her brother.

Rather than get CPS involved, several family members allegedly tried to induce an abortion using pills when she was approximately eight months pregnant. When that didn't work, she says the four suspects began beating her until she miscarried.

According to a police affidavit the teen's arms were pinned to the floor while suspect Lonnell McDonald sat on her stomach "repeatedly bouncing up and down." Others kicked and punched the girl in the stomach.

After the miscarriage, police reports say the four tried to destroy the fetus in a barbecue grill.

All are jailed on $150,000 bond.
