Arrest made in Santa Ana hit-and-run that left a 12-year-old in critical condition
Police arrested an 18-year-old Santa Ana woman for the hit-and-run accident that struck a 12-year-old as she crossed the street on her way to school.

Police arrested an 18-year-old Santa Ana woman for the hit-and-run accident that struck a 12-year-old as she crossed the street on her way to school.
Police said the white Lincoln Navigator was speeding when it crashed into the Nissan at the stop sign. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the female passenger died at the hospital from her injuries.
Inside the suspect's residence detectives found a ghost gun, over 200 rounds of ammunition, illegal fireworks, a ballistic vest, metal pipes and saws, methamphetamine with packaging for selling, and cash.
The fire department reported that a woman, described by residents as mobility impaired, was found lifeless in a rear bedroom. She was determined to be dead

At his home investigators found a calendar marked with a handwritten note stating: "New Year's Resolution: Take over the world — save Aryan race *Bake every single Jew*"
The investigation will take into account … "What they knew, how they responded, who did they contact, why did they detain the two individuals -- and then using that lens, then to justify or not justify the actual use of force," said Tom Yu, attorney.
