Hunter Geisel

Hunter Geisel is a digital producer at CBS Miami. Hunter has previously produced digital content for local and national outlets, covering several topics from breaking news and current events to politics and pop culture.

Now based in Miami, Hunter Geisel graduated from Texas Christian University in 2017 with a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in film studies, and was just shy of a creative writing minor, too.

Hunter started his career in Salt Lake City, where he wrote, reported and produced stories on current events for digital news consumption. Before joining CBS Miami, Hunter led the overnight social media and streaming coverage for Fox News. His reporting and writing has been featured across several news outlets, reaching audiences all around the United States and the world.
