Overdue protections for pregnant workers

It's a story told hundreds of thousands of times every year across America: Women can get the job – just don't get pregnant. Even though pregnancy discrimination has been illegal under federal law for more than 40 years, pregnant women are pushed out of their jobs every day, because employers still deny accommodations to pregnant workers. Jan Crawford talks to women who have faced serious choices and sometimes tragic circumstances affecting careers and family; and with two lawmakers trying to change federal law to better protect women in the workplace. Takeaways from impeachment hearings

Lawmakers have questioned 17 witnesses and looked at more than 3,000 pages of sworn depositions in the Trump impeachment inquiry. House Democrats say they have enough evidence to move forward. President Trump has said there was no quid pro quo and the White House says he is looking forward to laying out his case in a Senate trial, should he be impeached in the House. CBS News legal analysts and constitutional scholars Jonathan Turley and Kim Wehle join “CBS This Morning” to explain where the impeachment inquiry is headed next.
