Washington wildfires "likely the worst natural disaster in Spokane's history," governor says

Officials arrested a man on suspicion of arson as the Spokane, Washington, area battles multiple fires. Fire crews are working around the clock to contain the massive blazes. CBS News' Kris Van Cleave reports.
