Wigle Whiskey Mint Julep
- 2 oz Wigle Organic Allegheny Wheat Whiskey
- ½ oz demerara sugar syrup
- 10-12 mint leaves
- Crushed ice
Gently muddle the mint with the syrup to press out all the mint oil.
Add the whiskey and stir.
Fill julep cup with crushed ice and garnish with a big hearty mint sprig.
