D.F. Stauffer Biscuit Company is recalling its 44-ounce Market Pantry White Fudge Animal Cookies because there may be small metal fragments in them.
The recalled tubs were distributed at Wegmans Food Markets in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, Virginia, North Carolina and Washington D.C., the announcement said.
"Diluted cleaning solution, which is used on food processing equipment, was inadvertently introduced into a production line at one of our factories," Kraft Heinz said.
