Clouds have cleared into Sunday morning, with near-or-at-freezing temperatures blanketing the area into the last day of the year. Expect a bit of a breeze early on, then dying down as we head into the afternoon. Andrew Kozak reports.

After a rainy night/morning with several reports of flooding the waters are finally beginning to recede. Conditions will remain damp and dreary with fog and low cloud cover around the region this afternoon with high temperatures in the middle 50s. Bill Kelly reports.
