A powerful rain system is heading right for the Delaware Valley Tuesday. Light rain starts in the morning before heavier downpours pick up in the afternoon. Because of the already saturated ground, flooding is likely with this storm, and high winds up to 65 mph could bring down trees and power lines.
The entire Philadelphia region is under a flood watch Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday evening, and the Jersey Shore will also be under a high wind warning during the storm.
