High humidity will make the air feel especially swampy Thursday, but dew points are set to drop heading into Friday as a storm system moves across the Delaware Valley. The marginal risk for severe weather remains in effect for the region and scattered afternoon storms could produce heavy downpours and windy conditions.

There's potential for storms to fire up at almost any time throughout the day, but the peak chance is 4-5 p.m. during the warmest, most unstable part of the day. While showers could be few and far between, they have potential pack heavy downpours and gusty winds.
