The Trenton City Council, which said Monday that most of its members were at the game, called for "a full and thorough investigation."
The bill, A-5098, would define "Central Jersey" as Mercer, Hunterdon, Somerset, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties.
