The victim told the court that Mark Citron helped her through a difficult time in her life when she was 17 but began touching her inappropriately.
Just before jury selection was scheduled to begin for his trial, Mark Citron pleaded guilty to charges including corruption of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police arrested and charged the athletic director for the Jenkintown School District on allegations he had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teenage girl in 2010.
