Gov. Josh Shapiro signed the bill which passed unanimously in the state legislature.
Under the bill, it would be illegal to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people in housing, workplaces and public services.
The bill passed, 41-9, with every Republican in favor of it and nine of 22 Democrats against it.
