A woman is dead and a man is injured after a shooter opened fire in Philadelphia's Juniata Park section Wednesday morning. Police responded to the scene and focused their investigation on an alley near Luzerne Street and Castor Avenue. Crime scene detectives marked several bullet casings on the street. Police have not arrested a shooter or released a description of who they're looking for.
