PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - During Dine Out Japan (April 10 - 14), part of the Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival, diners who print out a coupon from Subaru Cherry Blossom website (URL below) will receive 20 percent off their meals at the following participating restaurants. Visitors to the site will be asked to fill out a brief survey and then will be able to print out their coupons.
