Rally to be held Wednesday in response to attack at NYC synagogue
The suspect, a 46-year-old man from the Bronx, was hit with federal charges on Tuesday, stemming from his alleged actions inside Central Synagogue in Manhattan on Friday. CBS News New York's Allen Devlin reports.
