Rain on its way with chance for snow this weekend in NYC
It's a soggy Wednesday with more rain expected Friday morning for the Tri-State Area. Forecasters are also watching a chance for snow Sunday into Monday. CBS News New York's John Elliott has the afternoon forecast.
