New push on to make Citi Bike rentals more affordable
A new bill would cap rides at $3 for e-bike rentals under 45 minutes. Currently, it costs about $12 for a 45-minute ride, making Citi Bike the most expensive bike-sharing program in the country. CBS News New York's Jessica Moore has the story.
