New Jersey legislators aim to cut down on glut of re-usable tote bags

There's an unintended consequence of the single-use plastic bag ban in New Jersey: a glut of re-usable bags. Some people who use grocery delivery services just keep collecting them. Might the return of single-use paper bags be the solution? CBS2's Vanessa Murdock spoke with legislators to find out.
