New funds will help remove more abandoned boats from NYC waterways
Over the past two years, 500 tons of abandoned boats rotting in our waterways have been cleaned up, but there's much more work to be done. CBS News New York's John Dias explains the first-of-its-kind program in New York focused on making it happen.
