Medical examiner rules Jordan Neely's death a homicide by chokehold
The medical examiner's office on Wednesday said 30-year-old Jordan Neely's death has been ruled a homicide by chokehold. The Manhattan district attorney's office says it's reviewing the ME's report and is investigating. CBS2's Jennifer Bisram reports.
