Mayor Eric Adams takes calculated risk by vetoing police reports bill

The mayor vetoed a bill that would require NYPD officers to file detailed reports about every stop they make, even the most minor ones. The veto was quickly denounced by the City Council speaker and others who support the bill. CBS New York's Marcia Kramer explains.
