Live Nation to pay millions to settle antitrust lawsuit
Ticketmaster's parent company, Live Nation, will pay $280 million in civil penalties to 40 states that sued the company. Ticketmaster must also open technology to allow other ticket sellers to use its platform, sources told CBS News.
