L.I. grandfather calls vanity plate win "a personal victory for the little guy"
It's a phrase we've all heard before we head out on a road trip, and one Long Island grandfather took the message to the next level and put it on his license plate. The DMV told him to ditch it until an unlikely call came from Albany. CBS News New York's John Dias reports.
