In wake of Flaco the owl's death, NYC lawmaker working on 2 new bills to protect birds

The owl, which had been circling the city since escaping from the Central Park Zoo a year ago, died last week after colliding with a building on West 89th Street. CBS New York's Vanessa Murdock reports.
