Flatbush Avenue redesign project gets underway in Brooklyn
Construction is underway for New York City's redesign of Flatbush Avenue to help buses run faster. The roadwork runs from Livingston Street to Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn. CBS News New York's Hannah Kliger reports.
