Dueling health care proposals fail in Senate

With time running out to find a way to avoid health care costs jumping for millions of Americans, the Senate took up competing measures from Democrats and Republicans to address the issue, but lawmakers don't seem to be any closer to reaching a deal. Erica Brown reports from Capitol Hill.
