Developer behind unstable NYC building accused of construction defects
The New York City Department of Buildings says crews are making progress on emergency shoring to stabilize the former Pfizer building on Manhattan's East Side. That building's developer is currently facing two lawsuits, accused of unpaid invoices and life-threatening construction defects.
