Defense asks for mistrial for man accused of fatally running over EMT
There were gasps in the court room on day two of the trial against the man accused of fatally running over EMT Yadira Arroyo with her own ambulance. The Bronx case has already been delayed nearly six years after her death, and as CBS2's Lisa Rozner reports, the defense again Thursday asked the judge to declare a mistrial.
