Data shows drop in crime in NYC, but residents still feeling on edge

The NYPD says overall crime is down including a record breaking drop in shootings a 30 year low, but while numbers are down perception may not match that reality as many in the city still do not feel safe walking down the street or even taking public transit. CBS Law Enforcement contributor Richard Esposito explains what officials are doing to keep crime numbers down, and what still needs to be done.
