CDC vaccine panel votes to stop recommending hepatitis B vaccine at birth

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's vaccine advisory panel voted to change the recommendation for when children should get their first dose of the hepatitis B vaccine. CBS News New York's Tim McNicholas reports
