Black migrants rally outside New York City Hall to demand better treatment
Hundreds of Black migrants, many from African countries, showed up at New York City Hall on Tuesday, demanding better treatment and saying they just want a job and basic shelter. CBS New York's John Dias reports on the changes they're calling for.
