1 year after Bronx partial building collapse, tenants file $10 million lawsuit
It's been one year since a Bronx apartment building partially collapsed, and now several tenants are filing a $10 million lawsuit. One family tells CBS News New York's Lisa Rozner they're still being traumatized, including by the shelter system.
