Police have not made any arrests, and there's no word yet on a motive for the shooting.
According to police, one suspect was a lookout while the other opened fire.
The boy was rushed to University Hospital where he was treated for injuries, according to police who did not provide any other details.
Twenty-year-old Daijyonna Long, from Stafford, Virginia, was killed, and six teenagers were injured.
