Police said a 29-year-old man was shot in the abdomen on the street. A second man was grazed in the right arm while inside a nearby building.
The 21-year-old has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 36-year-old man and 19-year-old man last weekend.

Three 9-year-old students and three staffers were killed in the rampage at The Covenant School, a private Christian grade school. Police say they shot and killed the shooter.
