Police said a witness told them he was approached by a man who appeared to have a gun on a Brooklyn street. When officers located the suspect, Andrew Raphael, they told him to stop.
Police said Johnny Moore, 15, was shot several times around 11 p.m. on Third Avenue. He was rushed to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
