Tyrone Brown, 24, was arrested Tuesday on attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon charges.
The incident happened at the United Fried Chicken restaurant on Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard and West 146th Street around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday.
The shooting took place at around 9:30 a.m. The man's wounds are not considered life-threatening, according to EMS. He has been transported to an area hospital.
Casey Cole is held on $2 million bail, charged with felony murder, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
