A grieving family and police in New Jersey joined forces Sunday night, seeking information about a driver who left the scene of a crash that killed a motorcyclist.
A motorcyclist was killed Sunday afternoon in a crash in Yaphank, Long Island.
Adalberto Gonzalez is charged with resisting arrest and reckless endangerment.
Newlyweds Wynonna Judd and Michael "Cactus" Moser were out riding their separate motorcycles on Saturday, August 18 when tragedy struck. Moser leg was severed in the crash and doctors were forced to amputate.
Authorities have released the name of the Wallington man who they say crashed his motorcycle and died while fleeing from police in northern New Jersey early Friday.
The bike's driver -- an unidentified 28-year-old man -- was killed. 26-year-old Adalberto Gonzalez was hurt and is charged with reckless endangerment.
The accident happened around 3:30 a.m. at Halsey Street and Wilson Avenue in Bushwick.
