According to police, a 34-year-old woman answered the door to her home on Beach Street in Farmingdale expecting trick-or-treaters, but instead, she was ambushed by a group of men who forced their way into the house.
Police are searching for several armed men wanted in at least two home invasions this month. The incidents occurred in the Oakwood and Country Place sections of Old Bridge Township.
The incident took place at 379 Rugby Road at around 10:45 a.m.
