Fire Rips Through Home In West Orange, New Jersey

WEST ORANGE, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A fire raged Monday evening in a home in West Orange, New Jersey.

As Joe Biermann reported from Chopper 2, the fire broke out in two- or three-story home at 579 Valley Rd. near Hazel Avenue.

During the 6 p.m. hour, thick smoke was billowing from the home as orange flames devoured the structure.

There was no report of injuries.
