Tony's Table: Mussels Marinara

Mussels Marinara
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves shallots
6 ounces crushed tomatoes
3 ounces scallions
1/2 jalepeno
1 cup white wine
1/2 pound mussels
Add olive oil, shallots, scallions and thinly sliced jalepeno to a frying pan.
Saute 4-5 minutes. Add white wine. Reduce 50%.
Add tomatoes and mussels together.
Cook until all mussels open. Salt & pepper to taste and serve.
