Tony's Table: Farfalle Cacciatore And Spicy Pork Chops

NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- In this segment of Tony's Table, Ponte Vecchio's Rino Aprea joins CBS 2's Tony Tantillo to cook up some farfalle cacciatore and spicy pork chops.

Farfalle cacciatore - Ingredients

Serving four people

2 chicken breast – cut and cubed

¼ of an onion - diced

2 pieces of prosciutto - sliced

6 button mushrooms – sliced

2 oz. white wine

Tbsp of cheese

Tbsp of butter

Touch of tomato

Directions

Saute in hot oil the cubed chicken for 3 minutes

Add onions, prosciutto, mushrooms; continue to saute

Add white wine, 2 oz. of tomato, salt, pepper, tbsp of butter

Add cheese on top

Spicy Pork Chop with vinegar peppers - Ingredients

Hot cherry peppers

4 oz. of olive oil

2 pieces of pork chop

1 clove of garlic sliced

4 sliced cherry peppers

3 oz. of white wine

1 whole lemon (squeeze juice)

3 oz. of stock gravy

Tbsp of parsley
